    This software is not as easy to install as they claim on their website. It is filled with grammatical errors and mis-spelled words, that leave the end-user dazed and confused. It is NOT user-friendly due to the cryptic descriptions of fields. There is very little documentation and it is poorly written and difficult to figure out. There is no quality control on this product, and users should be cautious!!! Even tech support is in broken English via email.
