GTchat comes from a German company and when I first looked at the documentation I thought it would be very difficult to install and operate.

In fact it took about 20 minutes. The system comes with an installation file which not only fixes all of the paths it gives real time messages if there are any problems with permissions etc. instead of an error message.

The programme works smoothly and well. I rate it a 10.
