    The instructions at http://www.cnctek.com/bizdb-html/uploader.html said: "If you agree the above terms and conditions, you can download it here using userid=guest and password=guest".

    So registration isn't needed... just reading the instructions :)

    When you follow the link, and choose download you are asked for a Username & Passwoed. There is nowhere on the site to register
