    I contacted the company using the form on their website. Two weeks and no response.

    I filled in the form again. Another two weeks and no response.

    Finally, I downloaded their manual and found their e-mail address for support in their manual and e-mailed them directly. It's been a month and I've still gotten no response from the company.
