 Information Request Form - CGI/HTML-Templates

Web-based email form which sends an email to the requestor and the admin. Program uses CGI & HTML-Templates. HTML-Templates allows Perl and Web Programmers to each work on their area of expertise. HTML pages can very easily be encorporated in any existing HTML pages without the need for extensive change to the CGI script.
