WhizzO Script Snatcher

A member manager program that supports either .htaccess or cookies to restrict file access. Members select their own password. Email addresses are user names. The system admin receives optional notification when a member joins. No HTML files are placed in your cgi-bin. Member info is stored in an encypted file.
