Arch is originally based on a windows program called Arrow. We wanted to make the great functions in Arrow available to the web. A lot of options indeed made it to the www. This script can even be used to host mailing lists, like the famous ListBot service. You can also specify to use the script for yourself though. Unlimited lists allowed. Be sure your webhost doesn't have any SPAM filters if you are planning to use the script for hosting.
