eBackup enables you to any data files located on your web server (not MySQL data). Will recursively fetch and display your Website's (or Server's) entire directory structure. Select multiple directories to be compressed in to a ZIP file and either e-mailed to you or stored on your server. Preserves your directory structure, back up all files (ASCII and Binary). Requires Archive::Zip and Compress::Zlib modules on your server.
Using crontabs or your browser, Back Me Up will back up any file you choose. Back Me Up creates an exact copy of the file to be backed up and saves it on your server for later retrieval. You can either make a new backup file for each day or continually append the same backup file. You can also choose to receive a confirmation email when the backup has been completed.

A free script that will allow you to backup your website and even gives you the option to FTP that backup to another server. Requires that your server has Tar (most UNIX/Linux based systems do). For the FTP option, you also will need the Net::FTP module installed on your server (again, most do). The script also can email you when the backup is finished (or if there was an error). Perfect for Cobalt servers!
