TopForm makes the integration of existing hard copy forms with electronically submitted forms easy. Some knowledge of HTML and CSS2 are required to modify the included template to suit your specific needs. The client fills out the form and submits it, TopForm displays back a printable version, email notification is sent and the data of the submitted form is stored on the server. Form data can be viewed in the TopForm manager where it can then be printed, archived, or trashed as required.

AutoMail is a form driven program that can input an email address from a visitor on your web site and then send an email to that person containing any file as an attachment. This allows automated distribution of files (shareware in particular), and allows the collection of email addresses for people that are interested in your software. An online management center allows real-time monitoring, access to log files, and editing of preferences.

A remotely hosted (paid) version of FormMail by Matt Wright will not only offer you these two features, but will also give you more power: After sending the form, the visitor will get redirected to a specific page, so that he knows that the form has been sent correctly.
