This script will allow Perl programs running on an NT server to send email through SMTP to a server that requests authentication. If your email server does not require you to authenticate then you don't need this script, but if it does this is one of the only scripts out there that does it.

Whether you're running an e-commerce site, or just a simple homepage, your most important resource for plotting your site's direction is your visitors' feedback. While you can always put a mailto: protocol link on your homepage, most users find that inconveniencing and amateurish, and many systems are not configured for mailto: links, which only pull up an external mail program on the user's system.
ApplyContact takes the guesswork out of feedback forms. The mailing is performed on your server, so you don't need to rely on the user's machine for compatibility. And the customizable feedback page allows visitors to e-mail you seamlessly from within your Website. Then, they are taken to a "thank-you" page of your choosing.
