TextCounter requires Server Side Includes and will display a text count of the number of visitors to a page in your web site. TextCounter includes options such as 0 padding numbers, file locking, linking from the count, displaying the date from when the count began and more.

This Perl CGI script is a text based access counter which is capable to work on multiple pages at once. This version has improved file locking so your counter won't constantly reset. Program does not use flock Perl function, so it will work on any machines.
