Using an ssi/javascript tag, this counter logs unique/total visits daily, active links, user's language, users online and their page. Settings are adjusted in the tag. Comes with a password-protected admin and a tag generator in that admin. Included, ability to change increment, hide, use multiple tags, and display in different formats.

Counter Lite is not your ordinary counter. Most counters count either page views or unique visits, but not both, but our counter counts both unique visits and page views and even counts the number of unique visits and page views for the current month. Some other features include flock(); a stats script, where the owner can go to check the stats for all the pages; and only 1 database file for multiple pages.
When you use EasyCounter, you will use a shell script that scans your system access log for references to your pages. Once you have completed the counting, you will rebuild your web page(s), placing the counter information at the end. Finally, you will place your rebuilt page in the public_html directory.
